Runners' Clinic of Champions

The Running Clinic of Champions provides boys and girls, coaches and adult runners the opportunity to receive tips, training methods, experience and "hands on" drills from All-Americans, world record holders and elite coaches. The clinic, modeled after a  similar one used in Florida and Georgia, is designed to improve speed, endurance, running form, technique in field events and quickness in any sport.
